This is day 3 of the 30 day shred.

Oh.my.goodness. I had no idea how sore I would be.
Let's rewind to day 1, I am a believer in starting things slow. So many other occasions I have jumped in feet first and quit just as fast. This time I started sssllloooww. Didn't even use the hand weights the first day.
I am sore, so sore.
Day 2 - I added the hand weights and somehow 'tweeked' my knee???
Last night my teenage son asked if my hand weights came in a ceral box!
It hurts to brush my teeth, from those little weights, he was twirling in his damn fingers.
When did I get so out of shape or is this just part of turning 50?
The biggest loser started last night, I looked at those people trying to run a mile and thought good for you. One man stated I have not run a mile in 25 years, I am not sure I have ever ran a mile? I am drawing inspiration from them all.
